quick check-in residential lounge professional service
Saikat from the front office offered a quick check-in. He provided access to the residential lounge, where I enjoyed whiskey. Vikas from grand market pavilion delivered professional service.

slow check-in process rare smile
the food i ordered was excellent and the service, aditya and rahul assisted us with, was on point.
the reception team was a problem. at that level, i did expect warmth, but even a smile seems rare. the check-in process felt slow, it was less of a welcome and more of trial. after a long journey, efficiency is imagined, but it was not efficient.

warm welcome beautiful room various cuisine
The front desk and bell desk teams greeted me warmly. My room was beautiful. It featured fly over views. Dining options were plentiful, offering various cuisines. I enjoyed the cocktails, food, and live music at their sky point..
The elite lounge access, a benefit of Marriott elite status, was not provided. I found this disappointing. The hotel offered only filtered water in reusable glass bottles in the room. Disposable water bottles were unavailable upon request, I think that is a miss.

attentive staff warm sandwich flavorful sandwich
The staff was attentive and responsive. The club sandwiches at Darjeeling Lounge were warm. They were also invitingly served and flavorful!!!

wheelchair assistance seamless service nice experience
I was provided wheelchair assistance for my grandmother, and the staff ensured it was seamless. Food was served at the table for my father and grandmother, as they had mobility issues. The team offered assistance.. It was excellent.
The hospitality standards seemed inconsistent. I found the reception experience needed improvement. Room service response times could also be better. It needs supervision.
